Excellent food, I ordered chicken tikka balti / chicken tikka masala and 2 plain Nan breads, the food was extremely tasty and in the end worth the wait. However it did take an hour and a half to get our food, I do accept these are difficult times and I expect you have been very busy but it still seemed to long. The app was very easy to use, may be adding updates to the status of orders would be a good way to go forward although I’m not sure how easy that is to do. The fact that it’s early days for the restaurant shows you have a bright future.

Our first time ordering a takeaway from the Bengal Kitchen tonight and we are extremely happy with the excellent food. We will definitely be coming back for more in the near future.

Had a fantastic evening at the bengal last night. The food was really tasty great value and of high quality. The drinks were really well priced with a good selection. The staff were super friendly and so attentive. There was a great atmosphere and we weren't rushed either. A great find and we wish the best of luck to the restaurant and all the staff. We frequently get a takeaway delivery from The Bengal Kitchen and have never been disappointed yet. We will continue to use them.

The best value meal in the North East. Have  never eaten lighter naan bread or enjoyed such flavoursome Indian Cuisine. We return again & again to a very special warm welcome no matter how busy they are. Excellent  customer service.

Absolutely the best ever takeaway iv ever had and my friends agree as well best thing you ever did was post a leaflet through my door. As so many of us orderd we had a range of different things and couldnt fault anything excelent .

Numerous times made Internet order, Food missing when arrived,
Internet says 1 hr delivery   Finally turns up 1hr 45 mins later ,
Called to ask where food is , Reply just left building   Turns up 35mins later , They are 5 mins away.
Called when order was not complete,
Was told not to order again if that's how I feel.
I have payed for a service and on numerous occasion food has turned up incomplete .
VERY DISAPOINTED WITH RESPONCE.
WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN.

First visit to Bengal for a takeaway, absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous flavours with all the dishes. Definitely will be treating ourselves again. Highly recommended

Came for a meal with friends, during the meal my chair collapsed and I fell to the floor. I have just had recent back surgery.
I have now got some additional pain in my back and shoulder which has been caused by the chair collapsing.
I have sent 2 x emails to discuss this but no one from here has had the balls to contact me.
So will be seeking legal advice, contacting the health and safety executive and local local.
